This Cookie Policy explains how Omexi Pay Ltd (“Omexi Pay”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on www.omexipay.com (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. It covers this public Website only; the client platform at app.omexipay.com may use its own cookies, which are needed to sign in and use your account.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage in your browser and small scripts that send usage information to an analytics service. Some are strictly necessary for a website to work; others, such as analytics cookies, are only used with your consent.

3. Your choice

When you first visit the Website we show a banner asking whether you accept analytics cookies. You can choose Accept all or Reject non-essential. We do not place analytics cookies unless you choose Accept all. Ignoring the banner is treated as no consent.

4. What we use

4.1. Strictly necessary (always active)

These are needed to run and protect the Website and do not require consent:

Cookie choice (key omx-cookies, stored in your browser’s local storage): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics so we don’t ask on every page. Kept until you clear it or change your choice.
Cloudflare security (for example __cf_bm, cf_clearance): our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set short-lived cookies to tell people from automated bots and protect the Website from attacks. Typically up to 30 minutes for __cf_bm.
Cloudflare Turnstile (on the contact and pre-approval forms): a security check that confirms a real person is submitting a form. It is used only to prevent spam and abuse.

4.2. Analytics (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Website, for example which pages are visited and how many enquiries are sent. If you choose Accept all, Google Analytics sets these cookies:

_ga: distinguishes visitors. Expires after 2 years.
_ga_X63DVRZ96E: keeps the state of a visit. Expires after 2 years.

We have not enabled Google advertising features, and advertising storage is always switched off on the Website.

We use Google’s Consent Mode. If you reject analytics or make no choice, Google Analytics does not set or read cookies on your device. Your browser may still send Google basic, cookieless signals (such as the page viewed, the time, browser type and the fact that consent was not given) without any identifier linking them to you. Google uses these to produce aggregated, modelled statistics. Google may process this information outside your country, including in the United States. 4.3. Cookieless statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device and does not track you across websites. It records aggregated information such as the page visited, referrer, country and browser type.

4.4. What we do not use

We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies (such as Facebook Pixel), and we do not sell personal data.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the technologies we use or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
